Fees, costs and reimbursements
The hourly rate varies from 200 up to 250 Euro plus VAT, according to the value of the matter. In urgent matters (like attachment and injunction) the rate will increase with 20 percent. Office expenses are set at 5 percent per hour. Travel and waiting time are at 60 Euro an hour. Travel costs in The Netherlands are charged at public transport fares. Reimbursements are charged for separately. A fixed fee is possible.
Over all the general conditions are decisive and binding.
