Yet, in traffic and transportation damage will occur, to goods and unfortunately sometimes to people. Damage that needs to be compensated. Transport insurance and insurers are of importance in that respect. You will be confronted with rights and obligations, therefore you will need legal knowledge and expertise.
As an experienced civil law attorney I can assist you, being a logistics company, to deal with the legal aspects of damage, both advice and representation in court proceedings. I feel for and I do have a personal interest in the transportation of goods, as well as traffic and travel.
