Oudolf Advocaat will take due and proper care to protect client personal data and to treat these data with confidentiality. The law offices meet the demands as required by the EU Regulation to protect data (2016/679), as effective of May 25, 2018.

Which data will be used and registered?

Data to perform services, such as:
-contact information
-identity information
-age, gender, marital status
-health information (if need be)
-financial data (if need be)
-data given by third parties or obtained via public sources and data given by client spontaneously.

Reason and purpose to use and register data

Oudolf Advocaat will only use and register client personal data (to be able) to fulfill the assignment, to enter and pursue court proceedings, to meet legal obligations and to collect unpaid fees or with specific authorization of client.

Sharing client personal data

Oudolf Advocaat will only share client personal data with third parties as far as required for the legal services, taking into account the purposes as mentioned above.

Third parties will be contracted accordingly, therefore to comply with EU Regulation 2016/679.

Keeping client personal data

Oudolf Advocaat will keep client personal data no langer than necessary for the purposes as mentioned above or as required by law and regulations.

Client privacy rights

Client is entitled to ask Oudolf Advocaat to show, to correct, to limit, to not or no longer use, to transfer and/or to delete his or her personal data; this via contact of Oudolf Advocaat.

Oudolf Advocaat will respond within four weeks after receiving such a request.

It is possible that the request can not be granted, because of lawyer secrecy obligation and/or safeguarding obligations  by law.

Safe guarding client personal data

Oudolf Advocaat puts great value to safe guard client personal data. The law offices will take

appropriate organisation measures, according to the state of the art, to secure safeguarding

risk level. Data leaks are to be reported and registered. Incidents will be reported an registered

if need be. When using third party services, Oudolf Advocaat will ascertain effective safeguarding measures in contract.

No use of social media; no statistics, no cookies

Oudolf Advocaat does not use statistics and/or cookies. In fulfilling the assignment social media like Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn are not used either.
